For 24/7 availability and daily property checks, rates can range from:

• ~$150–$300+/day for luxury, high-maintenance, or estate-level homes requiring more involvement or responsibility

If you're seeking additional concierge services (such as: pet and plant care, home care, organization and decluttering, errands, coordination with tradespeople), daily rates may be higher or priced separately as add-ons.

When the Client Is Out of Town (Vacation/Travel Care)

This often requires more responsibility, as we are likely the primary caregiver for pets and plants, with regular home visits and sometimes added home supervision.

Typical Daily Rates:

Basic Pet & Plant Care (1–2 visits/day):

• ~$50–$100/day

Enhanced Care (multiple pets, complex needs, home check-ins, meds, etc.):

• ~$100–$175/day

Overnight Stay (if required) (offered at the client’s residence or at Modern Women Concierge):

• ~$100–$125+/night (in addition to daily rate or customized quote)

Includes: Feeding, walking, playtime, cleaning related to pets, and medication administration (if needed). Watering plants (indoor/outdoor), monitoring health. Mail collection and light home oversight.

When the Client Is In Town (Busy Schedule Support)

This is usually lighter-duty and more supplemental—providing relief during long workdays or especially busy periods.
